Sold by the bunch, these spicy mustard greens have the flavor of wasabi that mellows when cooked. Chop and add to salads to make your greens mix more exciting, or cook as you would other cooking greens (kale, chard, etc.). Note, as shown in the image, these greens have some cosmetic insect damage (tiny pin-holes in the leaves). This damage does not impact flavor...just looks.
